Scott Eastham, CPA, graduated from Washington State University in 1978. He worked for Franklin, Mayhan, Mains & Pfaff a CPA firm in Kennewick, Washington, for 7 years before moving to Marysville, Washington. Scott then joined the firm of Toyer & Associates in Everett, Washington, where he was promoted to partner in 1991. It is here Scott met Rick Foster and the two decided to begin their own firm. Scott has completed 8 of 10 classes required for a Master in Taxation degree from Golden Gate University and specializes in tax preparation & planning for individuals and businesses. Scott is also a member of the Everett Port Gardner Rotary club.
Rick Foster, CPA, graduated on the Deans List from the University of Washington in 1987. He began his career with Kenneth L Wall & Co., an accounting firm in Seattle, Washington, for 4 years before moving to the firm of Toyer & Associates in Everett. It was three years later that Scott Eastham and Rick struck out and started the firm of Eastham Foster, CPAs. Rick has spent most of his time in the area of audit and taxation of businesses and individuals. In his commitment to high standards in the profession Rick has been and continues to be an active member on several committees for the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Rick is also a member of Business Network International.
Teresa Gill, CPA, has been with Eastham Foster CPA's for over 7 years. She graduated from Central Washington University in 1999. In her pursuit to provide excellence Teresa is an active member of the Accounting, Auditing, and Review Committee for the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Teresa is also a member of Business Network International.
Tom Walker, CPA, has been with Eastham Foster CPA's since January 2003. He graduated from Central Washington University in 2004. Tom has been a member of Business Network International since 2005.
The Company was founded by Scott Eastham and Rick Foster in 1994. The Company is based in the South Everett area of Washington State, but services clients from Kotzebue, Alaska to Katy, Texas. The Company was built on the philosphy of quality customer service, while helping clients make the most out of thier deductions.
Eastham Foster CPA's is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
The Firm participates in the Peer Review program prescribed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Washingon State Society of Certified Public Accountants. The firm was last reviewed in August 2005 and the report issued stated that the firm meet the requirements of the quality control standards for an accounting and auditing practice established by the AICPA.
